Los Angeles Clippers forward Matt Barnes has been fined $25,000 for directing inappropriate language toward a fan, it was announced today by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations.
The incident occurred with 4:28 remaining in the second quarter of the Clippers' 120-100 win over the Phoenix Suns on Jan. 25, at US Airways Center.
