Free agent Jonas Jerebko has agreed to a two-year, $8.2 million contract with the Utah Jazz, according to league sources.
Jerebko, 30, leaves the Boston Celtics, where he played the past two-plus seasons. He averaged 3.8 points in 15.8 minutes a game.
