The Minnesota Timberwolves Saturday announced the team has waived guard John Lucas III. With today’s transaction, the Timberwolves roster now stands at 14 players.
Lucas III, originally signed by the Wolves on August 24, 2016, appeared in five games this season while averaging 0.4 points in 2.2 minutes per contest.
