The Dallas Mavericks will re-sign Jonathan Gibson, who was in training camp with the team and was one of their last cuts, to ease the manpower shortage in the backcourt.
To make room for Gibson, a source said that Quincy Acy will be waived.
Gibson was a solid contributor in preseason for the Mavericks, averaging 7.1 points and 3 assists per game.
