The Chicago Bulls announced Friday that the team has waived forward J.J. Avila, guard D’Vauntes Smith-Rivera and guard/forward Thomas Walkup.
The players originally signed with Chicago as free agents on Sept. 26, 2016.
Chicago’s roster now stands at 15.
