Free agent Willie Reed has agreed to a two-year deal with the Miami Heat. Reed will have a player option in the second season.
Reed, a 6-foot-11 forward/center, averaged 4.7 points and 3.1 rebounds in 39 games for the Brooklyn Nets last season.
Reed, 26, went undrafted in the 2011 NBA draft and has shuttled between the NBA Development League, overseas and NBA rosters with Sacramento, Memphis and Brooklyn.
