The Portland Trail Blazers have waived forward Cliff Alexander, it was announced Thursday by president of basketball operations Neil Olshey.
Alexander played in eight games for the Trail Blazers as a rookie in 2015-16, averaging 1.3 points (50.0% FG), 0.8 rebounds and 4.5 minutes per game.
