The Chicago Bulls have waived Spencer Dinwiddie, Yahoo! Sports' Shams Charania reports.
Dinwiddie was traded by the Pistons to the Bulls in June.
Chicago had Rajon Rondo and Jerian Grant ahead of him at point guard.
