Free agent Evan Turner has reached agreement on a four-year, $70 million deal with the Portland Trail Blazers, his agent, Kevin Bradbury, confirmed.
Turner, a versatile swingman who’ll impact the Blazers' perimeter defense, averaged 10.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists and one steal in 81 games for the Boston Celtics last season.
