Houston Rockets guard Ty Lawson will not go to jail for his 2nd DUI this year -- getting 4 years probation after entering a "no contest" plea in his L.A. court case.
Lawson was arrested in L.A. on July 14th after cops say he was wasted and speeding down the 101 Freeway at 2:30 AM.
Lawson had previously been arrested for DUI in Colorado back in January.
