Midway through the fourth quarter on Thursday night, LeBron James, chasing down a loose ball near the sideline, barreled into a courtside fan, tumbling over a chair into the second row with his weight landing on her.
The fan turned out to be Ellie Day, the wife of PGA golfer Jason Day. She stayed down and needed medical assistance. The game was delayed as a stretcher was brought in to take her from the arena to a local hospital.
