Kentucky freshman Skal Labissiere has been deemed eligible by the NCAA to play in the upcoming 2015-16 season.
Labissiere received paperwork clearance on Friday after the NCAA had investigated him for his relationship with his Memphis-based guardian Gerald Hamilton, sources said.
Labissiere, 19, is a 6-foot-11 center with the potential to be one of the nation's best players this season.
