Otto Porter scored 22 points and the Washington Wizards took control in the second half to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 129-95 on Tuesday night in the preseason opener for both teams.
Washington showed a frenetically paced offense they had spent preparing over the previous week and unveiled Tuesday.
The hope is the style of play will exhaust opponents, as it exhausted the 76ers on Tuesday.
