Bojan Bogdanovic, who figures to take on more responsibility for the Nets next season, suffered a concussion while attempting to dunk Saturday during the Croatian national team opener of the FIBA EuroBasket 2015 tournament.
Bogdanovic was accidentally upended by a defender’s right leg while in midair. He spun around and landed abruptly on his back, the rear of his head slamming hard on the court.
He was able to leave the court under his own power but was not allowed back in the game, despite his pleas to return.
