Madison Jones' on-again, off-again status with the Wake Forest basketball team ended Tuesday with his dimissal for a violation of athletic department policy.
Jones, a senior guard with good defensive skills on the perimeter, played in 32 games last season, starting six, before he was suspended indefinitely from team activities in March and then reinstated in May.
He is the fourth member of Wake's 2012 recruiting class to leave the program.
