The Thunder will open the 2015-16 season against LaMarcus Aldridge and the new-look San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday, Oct. 28.
It will mark the second time in four seasons that OKC has opened its season against the rival Spurs. The Thunder lost to the Spurs by two in San Antonio to start the 2012-13 season.
San Antonio is widely considered this offseason’s biggest winner after acquiring Aldridge, a four-time All-Star, in free agency.
