Larry Drew II, who emerged on the New Orleans Pelicans' summer league team, has agreed to a deal to join AS Monaco in France.
Drew, a 6-foot-2, 180-pound point guard, led the NBA Summer League with a 7.8 assists average.
There was speculation that Drew may have been in the Pelicans' plans to earn an invite to training camp this upcoming October based off his summer league performance.
