Free-agent guard Marcus Thornton has agreed to sign a one-year deal with the Houston Rockets for the veteran’s minimum, agent Tony Dutt confirmed.
Thornton has averaged 12.7 points and shot 36.2 percent from 3-point range during his six-year NBA career.
