North Carolina junior point guard Marcus Paige had arthroscopic surgery Monday in Charlotte, North Carolina, to remove bone spurs in his right ankle. He should be able to resume basketball activities this summer.
Paige led the team in scoring with 14.1 points per game and was honored as the Tar Heels' MVP for the second straight year.
