Tony Parker has ankle, thigh injuries; will play Game 2

San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker will play in Game 2 of the team's Western Conference playoff series against the Los Angeles Clippers despite dealing with left ankle and thigh injuries.

Parker injured his ankle in the first quarter of the 107-92 loss to Los Angeles and left the game briefly. He finished with 10 points, two rebounds and one assist in 28 minutes.

"He tweaked his ankle. He retaped it, and he's fine," Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said.
