Minnesota announced Wednesday night junior guard Zach Lofton has been kicked out of the program. The decision was made by coach Richard Pitino.
Lofton played 23 minutes per game in 2013-14 and averaged 11.3 points/3.0 rebounds while playing for Illinois State.
