The Houston Rockets plan to re-sign swingman Francisco Garcia but there is no agreement on deal yet, according to Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Feigen.
Garcia, 32, posted averages of 5.7 points and 2.2 rebounds over 55 games last season with the Rockets. Houston acquired Garcia in a February 2013 trade with Sacramento.
