Devin Harris and the Mavericks have agreed in principle to a three-year contract that is similar to the one originally agreed to last summer before it was determined Harris would need foot surgery.
Harris will earn in excess of $9-million over the life of the contract. It was not immediately known if there is an opt-out clause after the second year.
