The Los Angeles D-Fenders have hired Luke Walton as a player development coach for the NBA D-League team.
Walton played 11 years in the NBA with the Lakers and Cleveland, including 50 games with the Cavaliers last season. He helped the Lakers win back-to-back NBA titles in 2009 and 2010.
