Just one day after celebrating his 17th birthday, ESPN 100 shooting guard Devin Booker announced his commitment to Kentucky in his high school gym Thursday afternoon.
Booker chose the Wildcats over offers from Michigan State, Michigan and Missouri.
John Calipari's club fought an uphill battle for the No. 18 overall prospect in the Class of 2014. Booker is one of the nation's best 3-point shooters and gives Calipari another elite talent.
